Transformation process in Pepe Jeans, a great European fashion brand, in order to design its successful future and convert it into the coolest brand in the world.

A three day summit with 120 people who represent a subset of the whole company. Everyone can speak and all are listened to, every opinion is taken into account.

We can count on the strengths of these people, aligning their aspiraciones towards the opportunities. We work on the different phases of “Changing the way in which we change”: Positive core, Dream, Design and Collective Action. We prototype the areas of opportunity with which we launch this process, which will continue during the following months.
