We started a process in the month of July 2018 with the chain of supermarkets Eroski. Its object was to increase spectacularly its results in the shops to become the chain that was the preferred combination of Customer Service and Treatment. At the end of six months customer satisfaction in the three pilot shops had increased from 68% al 83%.

To this first summit over 100 people attended from the “cash-till operator to the President». A representation of the system of both the shops and Headquarters. Everyone was heard.

We experienced «Change the way in which you change ». We used abundance, simultaneity and collective intelligence and action.

From this great three-day Summit 13 areas of opportunity arose.
