Participation in “Sponsoring Talent Program”

Last October we participated in a workshop within the “Sponsoring Talent program”, carried out by the FPdGI and Novia Salcedo Foundation, held in Bilbao. The aim is that professionals involved as mentors in the program work with the young beneficiaries of the project and help them integrate into the labor market. We performed an Appreciative Inquiry workshop with young people. It is always a pleasure to deal with them who overflowing energy and motivation, besides talent.
