The Central Danonino Marketing Team

The objective of this session is for the Central Team, together with the Local Marketing Teams, to become one only Global Danonino Team.

It was in the month of March in Paris. The main methodology used was Appreciative Inquiry. In the session it was decided to create one great Summit with 12 countries with the aim of creating a combined Marketing Plan. Instead of thinking how to be a team they decided to act like one. The path was rapid and showed determination.

What stood out most about this team, apart from the individual talent, was its diversity, with 15 people from 8 countries, a truly international team.
