Process held with the sales force of Frit Ravich, with the aim of generating a profitable and sustainable growth.
A pre-summit, a two days – summit and a post-summit have been held with the participation of 100 people: Channel Directors, Area responsibles, Team managers and a representation of commercial team. We worked with all of them, generating collective action, under the paradigm of abundance.
A great result with different opportunity areas and a road map of each of them has been achieved. The result is being spread to the rest of the commercial team.
