In the two-day Summit we brought together a representation of the Corporate Headquarters of Eroski and of the 28 shops of Vitoria and Miranda. We all aligned our attention on the client and together we created the image of the shops that we wanted in order to have the best customer service. We chose the opportunities to make this dream a reality and created the design.
