Our customers talk to us about their experiences with Madavi

In different articles in this blog we have talked about what Madavi is and what is its methodology for the transforming of organizations. A methodology with its own name: “Changing the way in which we change”.

Our approximation is based on aligning strengths towards aspirations in the sense of opportunities. We substitute the usual paradigms of scarcity and sequentiality (a gathering of a small group of people to detect problems) for abundance and simultaneity, that is to say: gathering at the same time all the people necessary to achieve success; to discover by appreciative inquiry the best of what is; imagine all that we could achieve if we used all our potential in the direction of our goals; design the areas of opportunity which propel us towards that image of the future, and  make concrete commitments and action plans. That is the way movement is generated; collective action towards aspirations.

Today we want to put voices to our customers so that is they who tell us in the first person their experience with Madavi.

In this video we collect the testimonies of Danone, Schweppes Suntory, Artiem Hoteles, Eroski, Pepe Jeans, Frit Ravich, EFI, S21sec and PHB.

Let us remember some of these testimonies:

Regarding his experience with Madavi, Nicolas Imeneuraet, CEO of Suntory Schweppes, states that “it is a way of building our future, that is very different to what we have done in the last 10 years”.

José Guillermo Díaz Montañés, CEO of Artiem Hoteles, comments that “what Madavi claims, that Changing the way in which we change, is a reality”. He highlights, moreover, “that doing it simultaneously and quickly is what the times we live in demand”,

Judith Viader, Directora General of Frit Ravich, points out that: “What I liked most about this summit is the energy it generates; the simultaneity”.

In this video Arturo Betegón, CEO of PHB, says, “We are really seeing what are the strengths of the Company and how best to position ourselves for the future”.

Ingar Lutzow, HR Business Partner of Frit Ravich: “It is like a breath of fresh air that propels you forward and mobilizes you”.

Javier Carrera, Global Brand Director of Pepe Jeans: “When you lead through others it is magical”.

“What I most liked about Madavi is everything; it is the best workshop I have ever been in. Fernando is an exceptional person and the rest of the team are really charming, with a truly positive disposition. I loved everything. You have a certain degree of generosity and authenticity which I have never seen before, says Marisol Font of Montes, Director of Transformation of Schweppes Suntory Iberia.

José Luis Ramón, General Manager & Vice President EFI: “Working together and dreaming together to take the company to the next level”.

This opinion is shared by Enrique Polo of Lara, Spain Country Leader & Area Vice President Salesforce, when he says: “With what we come out with from this summit we have established the bases for taking the organization to the next level.”.

Alberto Cañas, Commercial Ajustments and Customers of Eroski: “This has allowed us to make a spectacular leap forward and achieve in only one year the objectives that we had fixed for the next three.”

“It is thrilling to see the things that happen, that all that you have worked for and imagined for a long time finished off becoming a reality”, María Saló, Director of RRHH Frit Ravich.

Agustín Muñoz-Grandes, CEO S21sec, “Seven projects have arisen which are very interesting and very aligned with the moment in which the Company is at and with what is needed to reach the next level”.

“I have to thank Madavi for having shaken us up and having taken us to where it has taken us. Only Madavi could have achieved this”, Josu Madariaga, responsable for the department of Customers of Eroski.
