AQ Acentor is a realtor company specialized in the development of projects in metropolitan areas,  mainly in Madrid, Barcelona, Malaga, and Valencia.

To boost their short-term growth, on June 15th and 16th, 2021, we facilitated a session with the whole team to define the key success factors for their future projects.

From the analysis of their peak collaboration experiences, AQ Acentor team defined 10 Opportunity Areas and 30 projects, internal and external, to answer their future challenges.
