Marketing Danonino Big Summit

From the 25th to the 27th of April we carried out an Appreciative Inquiry Summit in which 82 people participated: The Central Marketing Team, representatives of Danonino Marketing worldwide, as well as, agencies and experts. All the strengths were present in the room, “Full Power”.

The objective was for the central team and the local marketing teams to act as one only global team, and to create simultaneously in three days a Marketing plan until 2020, in order to convert Danonino into an iconic brand for children and for their parents.
The success has been due to in large measure to the talent of those assisting and the inclusive leadership of Patricia.
There was another element which stood out, namely, the purpose: the intention of the company to do responsible marketing, beneficial for society and the environment. The movement called“Do Good to Do Well”was received enthusiastically by the participants.
From here I encourage other companies to follow this path. It is the best way to count with the energy and talent of your people.
