Janssen is a research-based pharmaceutical company belonging to the Johnson & Johnson group, one of the most widely established and diversified multinational companies in the healthcare sector. In Spain, Janssen employs more than 500 people. It has its main office in Madrid and an R&D laboratory in Toledo.
With Janssen Spain, we facilitated a two-day online Summit, with 70 people who comprised a subset of the whole company, representing all functions and lines of business. Its goal was to deliver exceptional customer value and maintain their market leadership.
Based on the analysis of situations in which they gave exceptional value to their customers, a range of innovative initiatives emerged based on their four pillars of leadership.
